If we use a computer, most of us probably use our arrow keys every day. I know I do. Here are some awesome shortcuts involving arrow keys. (+ a few bonuses!)
Also note, these can be combined with mouse selection on websites, etc. They are not just for editing text.
Cursor Placement
Place your cursor right where you want to be.
