How do I Export and Import Bookmarks in Chrome
AKA how to make sure you don’t loose your bookmarks!
Export
Open Chrome’s Bookmark Manager
Select the
⋮button in the far upper-right of ChromeSelect the
Bookmarks ▶menu optionSelect the
Bookmarks Managermenu option
On the Bookmarks Manager screen, select Export bookmarks
Select Select the
⋮button on the Bookmarks manager screenSelect the

Save the exported bookmarks to your desired folder
Give the exported bookmarks your desired name
Select the folder you want to place them in
